Terms and Conditions of our Donation Policy:
MB Mission honors donor intent wherever possible. If a project is fully funded or discontinued, donations will be deployed towards other opportunities to transform lives in missions.
Administration fees relating to Global Dispatch Support may range from 7.5% to 15% depending upon the nature of the project.
Credit card companies may charge up to a 3% service fee on all donations.
Tax receipts are mailed after the end of each calendar year.
In the event of a discrepancy or error with your online transaction, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days. Please include your name, telephone number and the date and amount of your transaction. We are committed to ensuring all discrepancies are resolved in a timely fashion. In the case of an transactional error, 100% of your online donation can be refunded. Refunds will be issued as a credit to the credit card used for the original transaction.

The MB Mission Global Dispatch team is passionate about being the supply line for those on the front line. We take this responsibility very seriously as we believe “we carry the offering, which we administer in order to honor the Lord himself and to show our eagerness to help” 2 Cor. 8:19.
We assist our missionaries with many areas of financial stewardship from budgeting and receipting to reimbursing. We continually seek ways to improve our systems and processes as we support missionary teams and their projects around the world.
MB Mission is committed to financial accountability and requests an annual audit by a qualified independent auditor. This audit helps to ensure that we are compliant with established accounting regulations.
Our Ministry Report is published annually. We seek to support and enhance the efforts of all of our missions’ teams with timely, accurate and informative processing and reporting!
